Merchandise must be sent back within 30 days after shipment. Merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

Made-On-Demand (MOD) items can only be returned if the item has a manufacturing error, printing issue, or was damaged in the mail. If that is the case, please send a clear photo of the item where the flaw is visible to service@cynthiawells.com, you do not need to send the original item back to us. After we review it, we will arrange to send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
