SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, we ship to the United States, APO/FPO/DPO, & U.S. Territories.
Most Made-On-Demand (MOD) orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding holidays. After processing, please allow 5 to 12 business days, to receive your order, excluding holidays and depending on your location. Please note these are estimates. Delivery times are based on the location and the carrier used to ship your order. Some Made-On-Demand (MOD) items are shipped directly from our manufacturers right here in the United States while others are shipped directly from our international manufacturers. This information will be noted on the items detail page. Some items may ship separately.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your CynthiaWells.com purchase, but if you would like to make a return, you may do so for a full refund (less shipping charges), based on the original form of purchase. Merchandise must be sent back within 30 days after shipment. Merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
Made-On-Demand (MOD) items can only be returned if the item has a manufacturing error, printing issue, or was damaged in the mail. If that is the case, please send a clear photo of the item where the flaw is visible to service@cynthiawells.com, you do not need to send the original item back to us. After we review it, we will arrange to send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
