DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CynthiaWells.com purchase, but if you would like to make a return, you may do so for a full refund (less shipping charges), based on the original form of purchase. Merchandise must be sent back within 30 days after shipment. Merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. 

Made-On-Demand (MOD) items can only be returned if the item has a manufacturing error, printing issue, or was damaged in the mail. If that is the case, please send a clear photo of the item where the flaw is visible to service@cynthiawells.com, you do not need to send the original item back to us. After we review it, we will arrange to send you a replacement item or issue a refund.

Please note that original shipping charges, gift cards, custom items, and items marked “final sale” are non-refundable. 

Cynthia Wells merchandise purchased from other online retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To make a return, simply login to your account, select the order you would like to return, and click on the “Return Items” link.

Next, select the “Qty To Return”, the “Return Reason”  and the “Return Action”. You also have the option to leave a comment. Then submit your return request.

Lastly, securely package the merchandise with the original internal packing materials. If you are using the original shipping bag or box, secure the postage-paid return label that was included with your order on the package (covering up any old labels and UPCs) and drop it off at your nearest US Post Office location. You may also leave it in your mailbox for local postal carrier pickup.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. The return label cost will be deducted from the 'Refund Due' amount back to the customer. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Your return and refund will be processed within 10-14 business days after the merchandise is received and inspected by our store. Refunds will be credited in the same form as it was purchased (minus shipping charges). Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original packing slip. The return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If you paid with a gift certificate, the debited amount will be returned to your certificate enabling you to use it towards future purchases. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

You will be notified via email once your return items have been received and a refund has been processed.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We currently have a return and replace order option as our exchange policy. Simply follow the instructions for making a return and feel free to replace the order.

Made-On-Demand (MOD) items cannot be exchanged due to the fact they are made when you order them and inventory is not kept in stock.

Please note that gift cards, custom items, and items marked “final sale” cannot be exchanged.

Cynthia Wells merchandise purchased from other online retailers is subject to the exchange policy of the originating retailer.
